Kansas City Area Council

The Vision of the Kansas City Area Council is to provide educational training programs and vast networking support for local leagues to grow their membership by exchanging ideas and participating in joint activities. The Council offers leadership, mentoring, committee, and recognition opportunities beyond the local league level.

The mission of the American Business Women’s Association is to bring together business women of diverse occupations and to provide opportunities for them to help themselves and others grow personally and professionally through leadership, education, networking support and national recognition.

About Us

The Council meets quarterly on the 3rd Thursday of February, May, and November. In August we meet on a Saturday in conjunction with our Leadership Summit.
Networking begins at 6:00pm, dinner at 6:30pm, and our program at 7:00pm. Meetings are held at the Holiday Inn on the Country Club Plaza in Kansas City.
Everyone is welcome to attend the KCAC meetings.
Membership is open to any ABWA League in good standing nationally and who requests membership and submits Council annual dues.
