Who Can Participate in ABWA-KCAC? Everyone is welcome to attend the KCAC meetings.

Membership is open to any ABWA Chapter/Express Network in good standing nationally, who requests membership and pays Council dues. |

Visibility
Participation does pay -
"Investing in your new Kansas City Area Council will
reap financial dividends for your Chapters/Express
Network. Each Chapter/Express Network participating in
KCAC events will receive a share of the profits for all
KCAC events. Proceeds will be distributed following each
event upon completion - In time for your Chapter/Express
Network reward your members with support in attending
National & Regional Leadership Conferences. Just think
of the possibilities combined team efforts will
generate!" Remember, companies don't always recognize
talented employees or promote personnel growth, but
ABWA-KCAC does! |

The Council shall have quarterly meetings on the 3rd
Thursday of the month.
The Council shall have four (4 events) per year May/June
- Woman of the Year Event; June/July - Professional
Development Event;
and September - ABW Day Event and Walk For Education. Woman of the
Year Luncheon Professional
Development: New Officer Candidate,
Committee, Chapter/Express Network Member Training &
Orientation, Making Your Newsletter More Than Just News;
Financial Planning… ABW Day Walk for
Education

The dues for each Chapter and Express Network shall be
$50.00 per year to be paid directly to the KCAC
Treasurer by January 1.
A Chapter/Express Network may join the Council at any time.
